THE HOLY SPIRIT GIVEN to BELIEVERS
Isaiah 44:3-8 (Old Testament Prophecy)
Eternal One: Like a devoted gardener, I will pour sweet water on parched land, streams on hard-packed ground; I will pour My spirit on your children and grandchildren— and let My blessing flow to your descendants. And they will sprout among the grasses, grow vibrant and tall like the willow trees lining a riverbank. One will call out: "I belong to the Eternal." Another will say, "Jacob is my people; Israel my honored name." Yet others will write "Property of the Eternal" on their hands. The Eternal, Commander of heavenly armies, King of Israel, who paid their ransom, has this to say:
Eternal One: I am at the beginning and will be at the end. There is no God except for Me. If you know any God like Me, tell it now. Declare and demonstrate any who can compare to Me. Or if you know and have announced events before their time, told what is to come, then speak so now. Don't be afraid. Let your minds be clear of fear. Haven't I announced events and revealed what is to come? From the earliest days, I have done so. You know it—you have seen and know. (Fulfilled in Jesus) John 20:21-23
Jesus: I give you the gift of peace. In the same way the Father sent Me, I am now sending you. Now He drew close enough to each of them that they could feel His breath. He breathed on them:
Jesus: Welcome the Holy Spirit of the living God. You now have the mantle of God's forgiveness. As you go, you are able to share the life-giving power to forgive sins, or to withhold forgiveness. (Fulfilled in Jesus) Acts 2:17 -21 Peter: Hear what God says! I will offer My Spirit to humanity as a libation. Your children will boldly speak the word of the Lord. Young warriors will see visions, and your elders will dream dreams. Yes, in those days I shall offer My Spirit to all servants, both male and female, and they will boldly speak My word. And in the heaven above and on the earth below, I shall give signs of impending judgment: blood, fire, and clouds of smoke. The sun will become a void of darkness, and the moon will become blood.
Then the great and dreadful day of the Lord will arrive, And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be liberated into God's freedom and peace.

God had a plan to redeem you from the very beginning of time. He loves you so much that He came to earth
and dwelt among us. He took your punishment for everything you've done wrong and everything you will do wrong,
and He executed the deserved punishment upon HIS ONLY SON.
Jesus was the perfect, unblemished Lamb of God, and He was given by God for our sins.
The Holy Spirit spoke through Paul and said, "So if you be lieve deep in your heart that
God raised Jesus from the pit of death and if you voice your allegiance by confessing the truth that
'Jesus is Lord, then you will be saved. Belief begins in the heart and leads to a life that's right with God" (Romans 10:9- Ma).

Lord, I live in a hectic and chaotic world, and only You can pro vide true and lasting peace. I accept Your sacrifice that God of fered for me. You truly are the Son of the Most High God. Prince of Peace, breathe Your Holy Spirit on me today; fill me with the same wholeness and assurance that Your earliest disciples felt when You breathed on them. I desire that same mantle of forgiveness You gave them—help me be a peacemaker. I have faith, and I know and trust that You died for me, but oh, how these revelations from Your Word are strengthening my faith. I now confess that I must know Your Word better, for all of Scripture points to the depth of love You have for me and that Your plan was and is being fulfilled from the beginning of time to the end of time. Keep my eyes and my heart steadfast in Your will and empower me to accomplish Your purposes for my life. I am Yours. AMEN.
